Padma Sadhana - its importance

IMPORTANCE OF PADMA SADHANA I've been with yoga - off and on :D:D for various reasons... sometimes for health benefits, sometimes for tranquility. Yoga means a beautiful "Yog" or "union" of mind, body and soul.
