Sri Sri Ravi in an inaugral address called women are born leaders.
"This inherent quality in them needs to be nurtured. 
Usually people think women are emotional but they are also great intellectual geniuses and excel in planning, executing or any other department," he said.

"Pity those who see women as a commodity. 
Praise those who see women as people who can make a difference in society."

Padma Sadhana - its importance

IMPORTANCE OF PADMA SADHANA I've been with yoga - off and on :D:D for various reasons... sometimes for health benefits, sometimes for tranquility. Yoga means a beautiful "Yog" or "union" of mind, body and soul. There are various padvatis or forms or paddhatis of yoga giving various benefits and experiences (Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga etc), and would like to highlight the importance of Padmasadhna here.
